My journey began like many: I wasn’t managing my stress well and my body was beginning to hurt; so I turned to yoga. After many starts, stops, injuries and frustration, I finally began to experience the awakening that is possible with yoga. I haven’t looked back since. I hold a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certification and began teaching in 2012. I offer intuitive, healing, adaptive and deeply healing classes to students looking for an experience that includes the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga. I emphasize understanding the breath as the conduit to a positive and healthy yoga experience and offer gentle encouragement, humour and a deep understanding of the body.
